Nikon's 1 system (2011-2018) was a compact mirrorless range built around a 1-inch “CX” sensor, giving a 2.7x crop factor. The J2 (2012) is one of the simple, pocketable J-series models, updating the J1 with a higher-resolution rear screen and a more traditional mode dial. The J-series were known for very fast hybrid autofocus and high burst rates for their time. The system was discontinued in 2018, but the cameras remain a fun, tiny option.
